Account data

We store your email, the optional profile answers you give during onboarding, hashed API keys, and usage records (endpoint, record counts, IP address, timing) for 90 days. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store Stripe identifiers, never card numbers.

Analytics on the public site

The marketing and documentation pages use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (with strict masking) to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies. They are never loaded on signed-in pages, the dashboard, or API responses. You can opt out with browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking clarity.ms.

Broker contact details in the dataset

The dataset includes names, business emails and business phone numbers that brokers publish on listing pages to market properties. We collect them from public pages for the purpose they were published for. If you are a broker or brokerage and want an email, phone number or your whole domain removed, use the removal form or write to [email protected]; suppressions apply within one business day and to all future data.

Email

We send sign-in links, receipts, usage notices and a short onboarding sequence. Transactional mail cannot be disabled; onboarding mail stops when you reply "stop" or upgrade.

Your rights

Ask us at [email protected] to export or delete your account data. Deleting an account removes keys and profile data; invoices are kept as required by law.
