How the rule works
We take the comparable published rate for the same unit (a record returned by API, a record downloaded, a full-dataset license) from the vendors we compete with and set ours 20% lower. When a competitor publishes a lower rate, ours moves. Rates on this page are the rack rate; they change with 30 days' notice in the changelog.

Questions
What counts as a record?
Each listing returned by /v1/listings, /v1/listings/{id}, an MCP search, or a download. Counting, brokerages, stats and usage are free.
Is there a commitment?
No. Pay as you go has no monthly fee and no annual prepay; you pay for what you used last month. Dataset licenses are annual.
How fresh is it?
Every listing is re-checked weekly; rows that disappear are retired (not deleted) and every record carries first-seen, last-seen and last-changed timestamps.
Can I redistribute it?
Use it inside your product, research or prospecting. Reselling the raw data or building a competing dataset is not allowed; see the terms.
