Acceptable Use

• No spam. Broker contacts may be used for relevant, lawful business communication. No bulk unsolicited email or automated dialing campaigns.
• No redistribution. Do not resell, publish in bulk, or mirror the dataset. Individual listings and aggregates inside your product are fine.
• One company per key. Do not share keys across companies or embed them in client-side code.
• Respect limits. Rate limits and quotas are enforced per plan; attempts to circumvent them (key rotation, parallel accounts) end the account.
• No scraping the site. Use the API, MCP server or builder; do not crawl documentation or dashboard pages programmatically.
• One account per person or company. Sign-ups are capped per network and per company domain each day, free accounts behind one network share a daily allowance, and disposable email domains are refused. Paid features need a card on file with Stripe.
• Honor removals. When we suppress a contact, remove it from your copies too.
